Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from your account page (https://eat4well.com/account/cancel) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge will be honoured in full. Email [email protected] or call +1 (888) 856-1359 with the email address on your account.

Renewals

Recurring plans renew every 30 days. We send a reminder 5 to 7 days before a renewal.

Unknown charges

Charges from us appear on your statement as eat4well.com. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us first at [email protected] — we'll resolve it quickly.
